Public Comments Covid-19 Update - Front line protection services remain available at all times to ensure delivery of essential services.

All urgent child protection concerns are to be directed to the main phone line 519-753-8681.

AfterHours protection services remain in place from 4:30 pm-8:30 am through the same line.

The office itself is closed. Most staff are working remotely, with a bare minimum working in the office. Current Pandemic plans are in place.

Face to face visits are only held by appointment, where deemed absolutely necessary, after screening, and with PPE in place. Programming and access visits are being carried out via virtual means where possible.
