Description (Service)

Community Support Service offering therapeutic and recreational programs of interest for adults with compromised health concerns including Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cognitive Impairment, Frail, and Socially isolated individuals living within Brantford and Brant County

  • Adult Day Program -  specializing in therapeutic/recreational programs and activities of interest
  • Individual and group exercise options led by the Functional Exercise Leader
  • Aphasia Program - offering supportive conversation groups for successful communication
  • Specialized support groups for Individuals with Aphasia, Caregivers, Stroke Recovery, Acquired Brain Injury
  • S.A.F.E. ZONE - community-based exercise program geared towards active older adults offered at various locations and hours throughout Brantford and Brant County. Call or visit the website for locations and times (www.safezonebrant.ca)
