Description (Service)

Community Support Service offering therapeutic and recreational programs of interest for older adults with compromised health concerns including Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cognitive Impairment, Frail, and socially isolated individuals living within Brantford and Brant County

  • Adult Day Program -  specializing in therapeutic/recreational programs and activities of interest
  • Aphasia Program - offering supportive conversation groups for successful communication
  • S.A.F.E. ZONE - community-based exercise program geared towards active older adults offered at various locations and hours throughout Brantford and Brant County. Call or visit the website for locations and times (www.safezonebrant.ca)
