Description (Service) Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for adults with various physical challenges, frail, socially isolated people, and those with early stage Alzheimers or dementia in a group setting * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * exercise programs facilitated by Kinesiologist
