A registered charity that supports early child development and parenting.  Programs address parenting needs, including social isolation and postpartum depression and also focus on early literacy

Programs include:

• Dolly Parton Imagination Library - free books for children under 5 who live in Brantford or the County of Brant
• Parachute Peer Support for New Moms Program - music and connection-based conversations for moms of infants under 12 months of age. In-person program, no registration required
• Launch Pad - early learning and parent support drop-in program with recreational activities for toddlers and preschool-aged children. Supports school readiness and builds a community
• Roots of Empathy - anti-bullying program within elementary schools
  • helps children develop emotional literacy and reduces aggression
  • key to program is bringing a baby into the classroom once per month to observe child development and nurturing
• ECE Awards - an annual awards ceremony for early learning professionals
• Storybook Character Breakfast - an annual ticketed character and activity breakfast designed for an imaginative morning for families with children ages 1 to 10
• Beacon Father's Program - program to host a connection group for dads and their babies, including interactive music time and real-life discussions
