| Description (Service) | A program that helps youth 9-12 years (Navy League Cadets ) and 12-18 years (Sea Cadets) to gain confidence, show initiative and develop leadership skills by learning elementary seamanship complimented with a variety of sports and games, camping, competitions, sailing, biathlon, music and marching etc |
