Due to flooding, the residents at Iroquois Lodge have been temporarily relocated to alternate residences. Starting mid/late-February 2026, residents may be housed at 389 West St, Brantford, until a new long-term care facility is built on Six Nations.

50-bed long-term care home - residential care for 20 private rooms and 15 semi-private rooms

  • 24-hour nursing and personal care
  • access to a doctor and other health professionals
  • assistance with medication and activities of daily living
  • bedding and furniture
  • laundry and housekeeping
  • meals
  • medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
  • personal hygiene supplies
  • recreation and social programs

Short-Stay Care (Indigenous) – 1 short-stay bed (respite care for people who have caregivers in need of temporary relief) for Indigenous peoples only

  • offered up to 90 days per year, as available
  • residents have access to the same services as long-stay residents
