Eligibility

Age 18 years and under

  • SmartStart Hub
    • no diagnosis or referral required
  • Autism services
    • Foundational Family Services children/youth age birth to 18 years, living in the province of Ontario, with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and are registered with the Ontario Autism Program (OAP)
  • Early Intervention Services 
    • age birth to school entry
  • Occupational Therapy
    • children and youth up to the age of 19 years
  • Physiotherapy
    • children and youth up to the age of 19 years
  • Speech and Language
    • Preschool Speech and Language Therapy - birth to school entry
    • School-Based Speech and Language Therapy - school-age children
  • Respite Services
    • services available for children and youth from birth to 18 years with a diagnosis of a long-term physical, developmental and /or communication disabilities

Description (Service)

A children's treatment centre for children with physical, communication and/or developmental needs providing a range of rehab, respite and recreation supports

Services offered include:

  • SmartStart Hub - services, supports and resources for families concerned with their child's development
  • Autism services - providing Foundational Family Services and individualized programming
  • Early Intervention Services 
  • Occupational Therapy (OT)
  • Physiotherapy (PT)
  • Speech and Language
  • Respite Services
