Supports for adults with physical disabilities and complex care needs
helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible
referral to other community services
provides supportive housing, respite care, outreach, and in-home and at-work personal support services
Supportive housing in three locations (10 Bell Lane, 255 Colborne St and Steadman House-Wayne Gretzky Pkwy) with 24-hour personal care
medication monitoring
assistance with the activities of daily living
bathing, dressing, grooming
simple wound dressings
blood sugar and blood pressure monitoring
basic homemaking
laundry
