Description

Description (Service)

Supports for adults with physical disabilities and complex care needs

  • helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible
  • referral to other community services
  • provides supportive housing, respite care, outreach, and in-home and at-work personal support services


Supportive housing in two locations (10 Bell Lane and 255 Colborne St) with 24-hour personal care

  • medication monitoring
  • assistance with the activities of daily living
  • bathing, dressing, grooming
  • simple wound dressings
  • blood sugar and blood pressure monitoring
  • basic homemaking
  • laundry
  • light housekeeping
