* Individuals requiring transportation must be pre-approved prior to being transported 
* 24 hours notice required and available on a first-come-first-serve basis

Description (Service) Offering supportive programs and services with trained experts in recreation, brain injury, dementia and vision loss. All programs are open to the public 
 
Programs Include: 
* brain exercise programs 
* support groups 
* socials 
* occasional outings 
* health promotion presentations

A partnership of The Alzheimer Society of Haldimand-Norfolk, Head Injury Rehabilitation Ontario and Vision Loss Rehabilitation Ontario.
