Description
| Description (Service) | A community-based service of the Alzheimer's Society that provides health and wellness programs free of charge in Haldimand County The centre offers an environment for social connections, learning skills, maintaining physical health, emotional support and beyond. In addition to delivering services to people in the community, the centre specializes in supporting people living with dementia, acquired brain injury/ acquired brain changes and vision loss/ vision challenges Programs are provided in-person and virtual to meet each person's needs. A fitted mask is optional to wear during in-person programs
