Description
| Description (Service) | The H.A.C. (Health, Activity, Community) is a community-based service that provides free health and wellness programs. The centre offers an environment for social connections, learning skills, maintaining physical health, emotional support and beyond. In addition to delivering services to people in the community, the centre specializes in supporting people living with dementia, acquired brain injury/ acquired brain changes and vision loss/ vision challenges. Programs are provided in-person and virtual to meet each person's needs Programs available include:
