Description (Service)

Provides free home assessments and recommendations to help seniors remain safe and independent in their homes

Services include:

  • referrals to other agencies including installation of grab bars, home repairs, home modifications and in some areas - snow removal
  • falls prevention education to clients and families
  • community and professional presentations
  • ‘Wellness Guest Speaker’ can also be requested
