Supports for older adults and adults with disabilities

  • helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible
  • free safety at-home assessment

Additional Services:

  • referral to other community services
  • referrals to brokerage service for installation of grab bars, minor home repairs, modifications
  • assistive devices subsidies for those who qualify
  • falls prevention education
  • community and professional presentations upon request
  • snow buddies volunteer snow removal program that matches students and seniors to help clear their driveway and sidewalk of snow. Students may obtain community service hours for school credit
