Description
Description (Service) Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for adults with various physical challenges, frail, socially isolated people, and those with early stage Alzheimers or dementia in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care, as well as monthly caregiver support meetings provided by a Social Worker
