Grants approved based on prior year family income or proof of low-income

Proof of financial verification is required from any one of the following documents:

• Child Tax Benefit Statement
• most recent copy of Ontario Works (OW) benefit statement or Proof of Assistance
• most recent copy of Ontario Disability Benefit statement
• New Canadian resettlement package showing income, address, size of family unit

• apply online through the website
• print off an application and bring it into the office
• fill out an application in person at the office
• all applications must be filled out by the primary caregiver
• financials can be uploaded to online application, emailed to the office or dropped off in person

Helping low-income children in Brantford, Brant County and surrounding Six Nations of the Grand River communities with sports grants for registration fees to access organized sporting activities within the same catchment area

• financial assistance is available to children and youth from the community up to 17 years of age
