• single adult, with dependants with income of $35,000 or less (plus $2,500 per dependant)
• individual with less than $1,000 income

• those with self-employment expenses, business or rental/expenses
• self-employed
• returns for deceased persons
• returns for claiming capital gains/losses
• those with major investments (RRSP, stocks, mutual funds etc)
• those who have filed for bankruptcy
