| Description (Service) | Provides information about community services and access to mental health and developmental services for children and youth; including those with complex/special needs Haldimand-Norfolk FASD Caregiver Group is available to all caregivers of children/youth diagnosed with FASD or suspected to have FASD residing in Haldimand or Norfolk. The purpose of this group is to share experiences, build FASD capacity together and make connections with other caregivers of children/youth living with FASD
