This charity was established in memory of Jennifer Ashleigh Clements who died when she was only six months old of a degenerative muscular disease. Tragically, just two years later, her younger sister Danica died of the same illness. The mission is to improve the quality of life for seriously ill children and their families when love is not enough. This charity provides financial assistance for children dealing with expenses related to an illness or complex medical needs. Requests for assistance in the following areas may be considered:

• household & hospital expenses (consideration given only if child is currently in hospital)
• respite support
• therapy
• medication and medical supplies
