Description (Service) This program helps Indigenous; Metis and Inuit youth, who have a history of involvement with Children’s Aid Society (CAS), find and access adult services and resources and make the transition  
 
Youth In Transition Worker helps youth to make plans and decisions regarding:  
* housing  
* education  
* health care  
* life skills  
* employment  
* personal goals & well being
