Description (Service)

Group involved in public plantings and sharing gardening knowledge:

  • provide horticultural information membership, outside groups, and individuals
  • monthly newsletter for members
  • annual garden show and Christmas dinner
  • plant and maintain various public gardens in Paris
  • Arbor Day tree plantings
  • fundraisers through the sale of plants, bulbs, etc plus annual garden tour
  • tours and bus trips to special gardens and events
  • support the work of the Royal Botanical Gardens
  • provides a bursary to graduating Paris District High School student
