Description (Service) Open field birding * listed as a stop along Long Point Birding Trail * elevated viewing stand enhances view of field and small inland pond * information kiosk * outdoor restroom facility * viewing area on Lakeshore Rd open to public daily 
The 800-acre area is a mix of marshes and upland * recognized as part of the overall Big Creek-Long Point Marsh System, a wetland of international significance 
Waterfowl and upland hunting opportunities are available and must be reserved in advance by calling Marsh Manager 
The Lee Brown Marsh Management Committee coordinates the Leighton & Betty Brown Conservation Scholarship awarded annually to a graduating high school student
