  • referral required for bed-based program 

For Residential Treatment - GAINS assessment must be completed before accessing the program and can be completed at most outpatient addiction services including the SOAR Community Services location at 225 Fairview Dr - call 519-754-0253 to access that service

Description (Service)

Bed-based withdrawal management support for all substances

  • five-week live-in program for people 16 years and older who want to make changes to their use of substances

Services offered:

  • separate programs for those who identify as female and those who identify as male
  • group and individual support that uses Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioural approaches
