Description
Description (Service) | Provincial Youth Outreach Workers (YOW) - support at-risk and high-risk youth and their families in navigating and connecting with services and pro-social opportunities in their communities, improving youth outcomes
Enhanced Youth Outreach Workers (EYOW) - work as a part of the Youth Outreach team to expand the continuum of services of the program by providing more intensive, one-on-one short-term counselling support to participants. These high-risk youth may be experiencing challenges related to mental health, addictions, trauma, relationship violence, human / sex trafficking and/or may be involved in criminal activities and are looking for connection to counselling supports or are currently on a waitlist for counselling support |
