Description

Description (Service)

This program supports youth aged 16–24 who have current or previous involvement with Children’s Aid Society. Working alongside young people as they move toward independence, helping them identify their goals, create a plan, and connect with the supports that they need along the way

Some of the ways this program can support youth include:

  • finding safe and stable housing
  • exploring employment opportunities and job training
  • building life and independent living skills
  • accessing physical and mental health supports
  • obtaining identification and immigration documents
  • connecting with legal resources
  • working toward educational goals
  • building positive community connections and support networks
  • providing encouragement and emotional support during challenging times
