Description

Description (Service)

Children often experience stress and anxiety and often depression when their home changes and the family separate

  • group will provide a safe child-focused setting for children to learn coping skills while dealing with change and conflict during separation and divorce
  • course will provide a better understanding to various family dynamics and explore various emotions around change stress and conflict


A toolkit will be created over the six weeks for the children to take home on completion of the course. The toolkit includes crafts activities journaling and coping skills.
