Description (Service) Program matches interested community volunteers with children age 5-7 years and English language learners up to age 9  
  • working on a one-to-one basis using games, books and activities  
  • volunteer helps the child build early literacy skills
Programs are located in 94 Catholic and public schools in Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk, Six Nations and New Credit as well as Brantford Christian School, Central Baptist Academy, W. Ross MacDonald School for the Blind and Braemar House School
