Description (Service)

Committee representing the services in the community that work with victims of partner violence and their children. Includes representatives from Social, Justice, and Health sectors as well as the community

Completed projects aimed at increasing victim safety include:

  • protocol development
  • in-service training
  • community workshops
  • case reviews

The team provides education and training to service providers and the general public on issues relating to violence against women
