Mixed martial arts and fitness facility - members have the opportunity to compete in sanctioned Ontario Boxing Association competitions across Ontario and sanctioned Muay Thai shows worldwide

Classes include:

  • Little Dragon kickboxing classes for kids ages 5-12
  • Adult co-ed classes for ages 15 and over
  • Muay Thai kickboxing classes for ages 13 and over
  • Boxing for ages 13 and over
  • Combat Grappling
