Community Connections Passport Services

  • Providing individual supports for adults with developmental disabilities to connect to their community
  • Supports are built around each individual's personal interests (fitness, arts, reading) and goals

Respite services

  • daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, extended stays (Inn on Strawberry Hill)
  • emergency respite, based on availability and applications
