Free income tax preparation clinic 

• a volunteer will be present to accept the drop-offs 
• this is a drop-off only, no intake will be done by the volunteer

Drop-offs must include the following information for the preparation of taxes

• full name
• current address including postal code
• date of birth
• social insurance number (SIN)
• marital status (if married, the spouse's date of birth and SIN are needed)
• name/ date of birth/ for any children being claimed (and if they are son/daughter)
• all income slips for the filing year
• rent/ property tax paid for the filing year - including address/ postal code and name of Landlord if rent was paid
• medical receipts
• disability tax credit if approved

All items dropped off should be placed in a bag or envelope
