Counselling services

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), coaching and training
  • connecting Indigenous communities to mental wellness through holistic and evidence-based interventions


Services offered:

  • clinicians work with individuals, children and youth, families, and couples
  • telephone, virtual, and in-person services. Daytime and evening appointments are available
  • treatment manuals, child and adolescent rewards programs
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for depression, PTSD, anxiety, suicidality etc
