Counselling services

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), coaching and training
  • connecting Indigenous communities to mental wellness through holistic and evidence-based interventions


Services offered:

  • phone, video conferencing and "drop-in" sessions (call in and you are paired with a psychotherapist the same day)
  • treatment manuals, child & adolescent rewards programs
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for depression, PTSD, anxiety, suicidality etc
  • can be accessed through KO Keewaytinook Okimakanak E Health Telemedicine
