A community-based service provider delivering non-medical home support and wellness services to individuals living in the community. The organization provides compassionate non-medical home care and assisted transportation for seniors, adults with disabilities, and individuals recovering at home across 

The organization offers two services under one team:

  • WellNest Homecare - personalized in-home personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, and respite
  • WellWheels - door-to-door assisted transportation with appointment accompaniment and family notifications

Services Include:

  • personal support (activities of daily living – bathing, dressing, hygiene)
  • homemaking and light housekeeping
  • meal planning and preparation
  • companionship and social inclusion
  • respite care for caregivers and families
  • community access support (appointments, errands, outings, skill-building)
  • medication reminders (non-clinical)
  • behavioural and emotional support (non-clinical, supportive approach)
