Description
| Description (Service) | This outreach program provides three to four consultations and is designed for families of children up to and including six years of age who are identified as being at risk for, or who are experiencing mental health problems that affect their functioning in some areas such as at home, school or in the community. To provide early intervention to these families a quick access to service pathway has been implemented |
