Description (Service) | A high school equivalency assessment for adults who:
The assessment shows high school-level knowledge and skills without completing a formal secondary school program. This assessment replaced the General Education Development (GED) Testing Program The CAEC assessment is composed of five tests which take approximately 7.5 hours to complete in total:
To pass the CAEC and receive an Ontario High School Equivalency Certificate, a score of 55% is needed on each of the five tests The TVO Independent Learning Centre (ILC) is the only provider of the CAEC testing program in Ontario |
