Description
Description (Service) A free exercise program designed to help seniors stay healthy, safe and strong * help improve balance * improve strength with prevention of muscle loss * maintenance of strong bones * increased overall independence *education component to assist with seniors at home * no referral necessary * access to all locations upon registration * programs delivered by qualified staff * program offered twice weekly in each location * 1 hour class includes a strength, balance flexibilty and endurance component with emphasis on safety
