Description (Service)

A free exercise program designed to help seniors stay healthy, safe and strong

  • help improve balance
  • improve strength with prevention of muscle loss
  • maintenance of strong bones
  • increased overall independence
  • education component to assist with seniors at home
  • access to all locations upon registration
  • programs delivered by qualified staff
  • program offered twice weekly in each location
  • 1 hour class includes a strength, balance flexibilty and endurance component with emphasis on safety
