Description

Description (Service)

Provincial Park consisting of 345 acres of unique natural features awaiting campers and day-trippers for fishing and wildlife viewing

  • 250 campsites, 135 with electrical service, reservations suggested
  • comfort stations equipped with flush toilets, showers, and laundry facilities
  • pump-out station
  • boat launch and dock
  • beach,
  • playground
  • motorcycles allowed

The park is also part of a 40-kilometer-long sandspit in Lake Erie, which is recognized as a biosphere reserve by the United Nations

  • refuge and stopover for migrating birds in the fall and spring
  • waterfowl viewing

Long Point Waterfowl Management Unit - Special license is required to hunt waterfowl in the unit
