• the hotline does not accept calls from Blocked, Anonymous or No Caller ID accounts - you must unblock your number to get through.  If you are calling from a hospital, social service agency or legal clinic on behalf of a client and cannot connect because your ID is blocked, contact info@probonoontario.org for instructions

• 30 minutes of free legal advice and assistance with civil law matters in Ontario (no family law, immigration or criminal)

• powers of attorney (9 am-1 pm only)
