Description (Service) Two storey brick building, erected in the mid 1840s * First home of Thomas J. Mulkins; his son Henry continued to live there until Artist Eva Brook Donly and her husband purchased it in 1924 and willed the house to the Town of Simcoe  
Self-guided tours available for 30-90 minutes * Large "Glorious Old Norfolk" gallery showcases 300 years of history of the county of Norfolk * United Empire Loyalist mural and display depicts the arrival of Loyalists to Norfolk County * Has an 1860's kitchen * Garden at back * A Children's Discovery Room with hands-on activities for children of all ages 
Archives and Loyalist Library located on premises in most popular Family History Library * Norfolk Historical Society maintains archives; hosts Annual family genealogy/history fair with books, family tree charts, maps, computer programs, etc for visitors and exhibitors from all over southern Ontario
