Description (Service) Two storey brick building, erected in the mid-1840s * first home of Thomas J. Mulkins; his son Henry continued to live there until Artist Eva Brook Donly and her husband purchased it in 1924 and willed the house to the Town of Simcoe  
Self-guided tours available for 30-90 minutes * United Empire Loyalist mural and display depicts the arrival of Loyalists to Norfolk County * 1860's kitchen * garden at the back 
Norfolk County Archives collection and Loyalist Library located on premises in the reading room for public use
