Fees 4-Day Passport: allows entrance into all villages for all four days $10/ person * visit 4 or more villages and have your pass stamped to win prizes * children 13 and under are always free when accompanied by an adult

Description
Description (Service) Festival that draws visitors from outside the municipality while encouraging citizens to participate in cultural activities that instill, awareness, education and civic pride. Based on community partnerships the festival helps to promote and preserve the cultural heritage of national and ethnic groups.  
 
Free transportation between villages. Cultural entertainment including music, dancing, cuisine and beverages plus cultural displays of costumes and history.
