Outpatient services
Services include:
Crisis Counselling - brief therapy program with a qualified counsellor offered a wide range of treatment modalities; individualized care plans created
Early Intervention Program / Walking Alongside Youth (WAY) - one-year program inclusive of both individual and group counselling as well as peer support
Early Psychosis Intervention Program - navigate model, an inclusive team approach consisting of Psychiatry, Nursing, Social Work, Family Support, Occupational Therapy and Peer Support. Up to three years of intensive care provided in the community and hospital
Medication Clinic - ongoing long-acting injection treatment and Clozapine program for patients being followed by community psychiatry
Acute Day Treatment - six-week treatment program inclusive of group treatment and individual counselling provided by Psychiatry, Occupational Therapist, Recreation Therapist and Psychotherapist
Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic - short-term consultation clinic providing psychiatric assessment, crisis support by MH Nurse, Brief Counselling and Family Support
