- direct, personalized, one-on-one, and local help for Ontarians to find and register in online programs and courses at the basic skills, secondary, and post-secondary levels that meet their needs and interests
- support services to help Ontarians succeed in their online education
- information on online programs and courses from Ontario’s colleges, universities, Indigenous institutes, and other education and training providers
- assistance with registration for online certificate, diploma, undergraduate, and graduate programs
- information on financial aid options
- access to a Student Technology Loan Service, which includes laptops for individuals registered in online programs and courses
- troubleshooting and solving technical problems related to online learning
- access to web conferencing platforms for online learning
- support for StudyOnline.ca and e-Channel.ca, which provide additional online learning opportunities
