Description
Description (Service) Transitional housing program for young women aged 18 to 24 who have a history of homelessness or are at risk of homelessness * program provides individual strength based assessments, service planning, referrals to community supports, interpersonal and instrumental lifeskills programming to help clients successfully transition to independent living
