| Description (Service) | Rent geared-to-income housing for men and women living with a serious mental illness in Brantford and Brant County through various funding agreements with the federal or provincial government
Phoenix Place - affordable one-bedroom units for adults living with a serious mental illness, and who are homeless or at risk of being homeless
Rent supplement units are available at various locations across Brantford and Brant County through referral agreements with private landlords. Rent is the maximum shelter allowance set by Ontario Works or ODSP including utilities where applicable
