Description (Service) | Mental health and addictions team provides mental health wellness services that are culturally safe and trauma-informed for members of the urban community who self-identify as having Indigenous ancestry
Mental Health Youth Patient Navigator - available to provide support to youth ages 15-24 who need support in navigating and accessing service and who are transitional-aged
