Description

Description (Service)

Support for Elders, senior adults and caregivers by promoting health, wellness, dignity, independence and community connection. Includes nutritious meals, health and wellness activities, personal support and resource referrals

  • Senior Life Long Care Program - supports seniors through nutritious congregate meals, wellness activities, social programs and access to resources that promote healthy, active and connected living
  • Personal Support Worker (PSW) Program - provides personal support services to seniors in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care and companionship to help maintain independence and quality of life
  • Wellness and Social Activities - offers a variety of activities including exercise, crafts, outings and cultural programs that encourage social connections, mental well-being and active lifestyles
  • Elder Support and Referrals - provides information, advocacy and referrals to connect seniors and caregivers with community resources and services
