One-on-one counselling and group support for persons diagnosed with dementia as well as for family and friends  
First Link Referral Program - designed to help newly diagnosed individuals with dementia get the help they need as soon as possible  
Psychogeriatric Resource Consultant - provide support to health care professionals who care for seniors with complex needs that have associated behaviours  
Behavioural Supports Ontario Community Outreach Team help older adults, who have cognitive impairment and are experiencing challenging behaviours, continue to live in their homes  
Meaningful Volunteer Opportunities that offer learning experiences and enrich the programs and services  
Specialized programs - groups for persons diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment and self-care for caregivers
